This app is more expensive ($399/month) than my old one ($149/month) and not as good. It's harder to use, and I've had problems with inventory incorrectly syncing to zero, unpublishing my products. I wish there was a cheaper plan without order/shipping automation features for businesses that don't need those. I'm thinking of switching to a simpler, inventory-only syncing app because this one isn't worth the high price.

Hey there! We're offering all Inventory Source customers a discounted rate so you don't have to pay $399. I'd love to offer a few workshops with one of our onboarding project managers and work through any obstacles. What can we do to make this right?
