Fly Bundles Quantity Breaks

The support is not caring. On top of that, they will ask for Collaborator Access which exposes a lot of your stores sensitive information without being clear as to how they will help you. After they receive access, they then say the "Tech Team" will get back to you without telling you exactly what is being solved. FYI there is a bug on the fixed price bundles: if you add over the quantity you have set, customers will still get all the product with the same price. Be careful!

Promising start, but disappointing experience overall

We initially had high hopes for Fly Bundles – the app seemed easy to use, flexible, and capable of handling our complex bundle needs. During initial testing, we appreciated features like individual SKU output, dynamic pricing, and a clean UX.

However, after continued use, we encountered significant instability and recurring bugs that affected our setup. Unfortunately, the support experience was far from what we expected: responses were slow, and instead of a proper resolution, we were told we’d need to upgrade and pay $19 to fix the issue. That approach made little sense given the basic functionality we were trying to use.

We’ve since moved to another app that works seamlessly and offers much better support. While Fly Bundles has potential, our experience was ultimately disappointing.
