Fly Bundles Quantity Breaks

We’ve had a great experience using Fly Bundles for our Shopify store. The app works smoothly, offers the flexibility we needed for bundle creation, and integrates well with our existing setup.

What stood out the most was the support team. A special thanks to Shri, who coordinated everything professionally and helped us with custom requirements whenever needed. The response time was quick, communication was clear, and the team went the extra mile to ensure everything was working perfectly.

Great app! It’s easy to set up and works smoothly without any issues. The bundling features are powerful and have helped increase our average order value. Support is also quick and helpful whenever needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost sales with bundles.

The support is not caring. On top of that, they will ask for Collaborator Access which exposes a lot of your stores sensitive information without being clear as to how they will help you. After they receive access, they then say the "Tech Team" will get back to you without telling you exactly what is being solved. FYI there is a bug on the fixed price bundles: if you add over the quantity you have set, customers will still get all the product with the same price. Be careful!

Unhelpful and limited. Bundle limits are capped which means you can only create a maximum of 80

Love this app! it looks very clean and seamless with my store, and Skai was very helpful in integrating it with my store and showing me how to enable certain features and even sent me a custom code to make it look better with my theme. I am very happy with my experience so far!

Great software and excellent customer service! Within 30 minutes of downloading the app, the team jumped on a call with me and help me set everything up!

The app is not working as expected and the customer support is very disappointing. I contacted them multiple times via message and email but never received any response. A few days ago they requested access to my store to check the issue, but nothing has been fixed or updated since then.

Shri was so helpful, he helped me fix the price display issue. And now the bundles work really good now. Hope it will help increasing the sales.
