Have been using the app for a while - never had issues. However, one day it worked differently than expected. Opened a ticket and was promised 24-48 hrs feedback. Did not happen. However, got back to the support and got very swift and high quality help from Shri, which ultimately resolved my issue.
I had some hiccups getting it to do what I wanted (partly because I didn’t understand what to do, partly because I wanted to do things the app couldn’t) but support has been really great in helping me sort it out some apps you can’t get a response or help but they are very helpful
This is the best free bundling app I've found, and I've tested at least a dozen.
Support is great - I send a chat request and within 5mins I was chatting live with Shri, who was very friendly and helpful.
Feature request for the future:
- allow bundles to have mandatory min # of products AND min $.
- allow bundles to have mandatory min # from certain categories (not just certain products). This is a very common need among sellers, and would really set this app apart further compared to competitors.
Fly Bundles has truly exceeded our expectations! Setting it up was a breeze, and everything just works seamlessly. But what really sets it apart is the incredible tech support. Whenever we’ve needed assistance, their team has been super responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. If you’re looking for an easy-to-use solution with fantastic support, Fly Bundles is definitely the way to go!
