With the Flype app, your customers can choose how they want their packages delivered: drop off at their front door, or meet in person. They can also choose whether they want the delivery person to knock or ring the doorbell. Flype is only shown as a shipping method to customers who live within the delivery area. The customer receives live updates and can follow the parcel in real time.
