I like that the chatbot is trained on the content from our site. Was easy to set up and the free tier is nice for a small business. If it gets used then I'll be happy to pay because it will save time in support and sales. It would be nice to get email summaries of the stats and chats.

The key reason I chose this application was that it is the only company I could trust, as it is fully compliant with GDPR & the AI Act.

Additionally, after implementing this app, I found it very easy to operate, with a simple and intuitive management interface. This is definitely a great advantage.
