We have been a paid user for years. Recently smart bar is not showing on our store for which we contacted them multiple times but there is no response and no solution. This is pathetic support not recommended

"The application freezes a lot, the chat support is slow. There are many features, but they are not developed well at all. Overall, it's just smoke and mirrors. I do not recommend it."

This app is a hidden gem. It has all of the vital apps you need to boost your sales and it has really great price for what it offers.
Also the support is really fast and responsive.

Edit: It's been nearly 6 months of using this app. There are several features that aren't working. I'm contacting the support often to resolve the problems. Some of them they fix other they don't fix. Also they don't always bother to reply.

Edit2: Since my last edit everything was fixed, the support is better and I am more than satisfied now. Thank you guys.
