Excellent app - intuitive to use, easy to setup. Good job. (Make sure you edit all the templates and write your own as they default ones are poorly written.)

Really great app, was paying a company to manage this before and this is a much better application and easy to use. I highly recommend using the html edits and enhancing the emails even further.

Great for startups because app has no fees. I wish every app would have pricing plans depending on number of sales or customers or visits.

We have just started using this apps, hope to utilize it's feature bit further. As start-up business I needed to submit this feedback to get things going. So far it has been useful to send follow-up email to customers, but we didn't dig up enough to see it's full potential. I will review my feedback once again later on once we experience this for a couple of month.

Great app! Has been very effective on a number of fronts - abandon cart recovery, product reviews especially. It has given us the ability to send attractive emails to our clients and automate many of the functions in one app.

Quick, Easy, Cheap! Ported all our triggered emails over from springbot with no trouble, but great user support for any questions you have. It's kind of hard to believe what a slick bargain it is, without sacrificing any polish or usability.

While I haven't been using the app for long, I have no complaints - It appears to do what it says on the tin. I had to spend some time editing the email templates before use (which isn't a bad thing anyway) in order to make it read a little neater but other than that, I'm happy with it. No complaints!
