Just being able to email people that have abandoned a cart is enough to install this app but the fact that you can email them in a drip campaign set at different intervals and track the click-through rates make this app all the better. But that’s not all; there are so many other fantastic features that can help your store with traction that it’s worth every penny.

Michael has babysat me through this process, he has been SUPER helpful, his service is second to none.

I highly recommend him and this app. I usually don't write reviews but he has been outstanding.

If you are looking for an app to reengage your customers this is it.

Super easy to use and fair pricing.

I just got my first sale off of an abandoned cart!! That is a feature I had never thought of and therefore wasn't looking for when I was shopping for this kind of app, but I sure am glad it is part of the free package. This was only my 4th sale (my store is still new), and therefore quite significant. I'm very appreciative.

Great free app to start with email marketing from the beginning of the store build up, we are very happy with the marketing follow up.

Nice App, Easy Set-Up, Great Pricing Structure! Excellent! It took me 3 different apps, before I landed on this one. I'm keeping in installed! Great Job !

Easy to use (some basic code knowledge is required). One of the few apps that lets your feedback email link back to the original product bought! Super useful. Like it alot. The only downside is that there are no options that I can see to allow you to build custom email campaigns, and define unique triggers etc.

I'm super grateful that this app makes it easy for me to deliver digital product info to our customers via branded emails.

The ability to customize each email based on design and the details for who, when, where, tags, products, sales channels, and more is incredibly helpful.

I also appreciate being able to view email history, as well as the opens and clicks.

Michael has been wonderful at responding to my questions and requests, helping me to set it up so that it meets my exact needs.

We are currently only using it to deliver emails when a customer places a purchase, yet there is so much more functionality to explore. I'm excited to expand into using the abandoned checkout emails, review request emails, and marketing opt-in email options too!

I definitely recommend trying this app for your store ☺️

This has increased our sales so I'm very happy with Follow Up Email. We find we don't need to send the two week follow up as people usually purchase by the 1 week follow up (so we deleted the 2 week follow-up email option). It's been great for customer feedback too... We have had customers reply to the follow up email explaining why they didn't purchase, and when we fix the problem they usually go on to make a purchase.
