Very useful service. I started noticing emails that are getting sent to customers I know nothing about. So far nobody was convinced to complete their orders, but I think one day it will happen. There are a lot of features that Follow Up Email provide. For me I think it is an essential tool to any statup business.
Does what it's supposed to do, haven't had any problems with it at all!
When I say that I did a LOT of research before committing to this app, I mean it. Checked all competing apps on Shopify, compared features, reviews, reviews from active stores - and somehow, Follow-Up Email seemed to be the one whose out-of-the-box functionality was closest to what I needed. Setting it up was easy, results were quick - there was only one test left. How responsive would the team be? Well, turns out there were some clarifications I needed while setting up the mails and Konstantin from the setup/support team was a dream to work with. Will definitely recommend to those looking at automating a lot of their email communication/engagement with members.
This app should be mandatory for all Shopify businesses! It's great - easy to use and the customer support is awesome.
This app is helping us to retain lost or lapsed customer sales through abandoned cart emails, welcome messages, and more. Good so far!!
We love this ap! We're constantly adding new email campaigns and they're working great! Our only suggestion is that auto-generated discount codes be customizable. It would be great if we could set criteria - i.e. code can only be used for certain collections.
I was looking to add a simple review request email to my work flow. This app is perfect. Simple, easy, to the point. Works awesome and my questions were answered by support. All good stuff.
Michael was such a big help and provided me back with a quick and very well written response. Every time I have trouble, I would just send over a message and they would help until the problem is solved! Love this app and would definitely recommend it!
This is one of my favourite apps on Shopify. I've been using this for about two weeks and have seen remarkable results for our abandoned cart and lapsed customer emails. What I like the most is the excellent service - I've been chatting with the CEO, Michael, using their in-app live chat functionality and he is super prompt in resolving all our issues. Whether it's email best practices, analytics and tips, we always hear from him directly in a few hours!
Now here is a team that knows its business! I'm actually blown away by how they are able to see things exactly from a shop owners point of view to proactively introduce new features every now and then which keep adding to this already nifty little tool. Set it up and forget about it - it's like having your own personal butler to engage with your guests while you're busy attending to other stuff. Try it out - this is good stuff!
