This app breaks down fairly often without warning and just doesn't send emails. Ive been reaching out to support (in china) for weeks now with no response. App has been deleted and we are building our own in house

2024 Update: APP HAS BEEN ABANDONED BY DEVELOPER. DO NOT SIGN UP. Unfortunately 5 years after my initial review this app seems to be faltering. Problems with delivering emails, at times when you try to access the app you just get a 'bad gateway' message, and customer service, which was once very fast and helpful, now is virtually non-existent with no reply for many days or more.
