We have just started using this apps, hope to utilize it's feature bit further. As start-up business I needed to submit this feedback to get things going. So far it has been useful to send follow-up email to customers, but we didn't dig up enough to see it's full potential. I will review my feedback once again later on once we experience this for a couple of month.

I’d like to see where the app changed the website but sounds great. I like how many areas of follow up the app covers.
