Absolutely the best solution of all the Follow up apps I tried!

Yes I know some users would like a wysiwyg styling option, but if you are into a little coding, it´s perfect!

Next thing to add, make the discount code work with bulk discounts app or just a csv file!

I had no idea how much support I would get in installing app and setting up the emails. Very helpful!! I love the app.

This app is just what I was hoping to find to help me get reminders out to my customers to leave reviews. I am so thankful that the wonderful support I got from Shopify suggested it to me. And the help from Mike in answering my questions and fixing my mistake was A+++ all the way!! Already have gotten some reviews!

Good app, works with my Shopify as advertised. All email rules run the way I expected. Very reliable developer!

We have just started using this apps, hope to utilize it's feature bit further. As start-up business I needed to submit this feedback to get things going. So far it has been useful to send follow-up email to customers, but we didn't dig up enough to see it's full potential. I will review my feedback once again later on once we experience this for a couple of month.

I like the way it's set up. It's all integrated in the Shopify platform, so no third-party website to go to. It's also very straight forward and set up. The only downside I find is that the emails are not that good looking... compared to other apps that is. If you know a little HTLM, you can probably make better ones (in my opinion).

This application is easy to set up. In addition, the fee is inexpensive because the amount is based on the number of e-mails sent.

Easy to use app. Need to have a very low level of familiarity with code in order to edit the copy of the emails. I had one issue, and the founder of the company hopped on the chat to fix it!

One piece of functionality that I would like is if it could link with the tracking numbers on orders to send an email when the tracking number shows it was delivered.

App seems great - but i've asked their customer service for help 10 timesin the last 2 months - without any reply on livechat or mail....

The free version has actually been quite useful. We have seen an impact by way of potential customers and existing customers responding to automated emails sent out based on their action or lack of action on the website.
