This application is easy to set up. In addition, the fee is inexpensive because the amount is based on the number of e-mails sent.
[Update] 5 stars now! The first feature I was missing was actually available. I just didn't find it. Support has been great, so now I understand how it works.
The only thing I'm waiting for is lifetime order amount, but this is on the roadmap for the developer, so I'm happy for now!

This is a great app! It's perfect for the small store or the one that just opened, because it's free for up to 50 emails/month.
It's very intuitive and user-friendly.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars (yet) is because it's currently not possible to create your own "recipe". For example. If I want to follow up with a customer in 6 months from now, or if I want to send a discount code to people with a total order amount of over $***, I don't have that option. That would make it the perfect app for me.
That said. I tried various different apps to do what this one does, and this one is by far the most user friendly.

A good deal of functionality in the app - provides options for a broad range of e-mail follow ups including cart abandonment, fullfillment, etc.. It's nice that they already have templates built out, so you don't have to type an email from scratch - you can just edit theirs. Also, they have great customer service!
The free plan is still valuable - I encourage you to download it and give it a try.
App seems great - but i've asked their customer service for help 10 timesin the last 2 months - without any reply on livechat or mail....

Easy to use app. Need to have a very low level of familiarity with code in order to edit the copy of the emails. I had one issue, and the founder of the company hopped on the chat to fix it!
One piece of functionality that I would like is if it could link with the tracking numbers on orders to send an email when the tracking number shows it was delivered.
Thanks for your feedback. We are working an email editor and will hopefully have that in the near future. Thanks for telling us that shipping confirmation emails are important to you. We will look into that for future features.
I like the way it's set up. It's all integrated in the Shopify platform, so no third-party website to go to. It's also very straight forward and set up. The only downside I find is that the emails are not that good looking... compared to other apps that is. If you know a little HTLM, you can probably make better ones (in my opinion).
Buggy Home (Welcome) page. I can not edit the letter templates. Shows a HTML code page. No reply from support.
First, thanks for trying out our app. We began offering a free plan recently to help stores through COVID-19. While we believe it's the right thing to do, it also means that we're now overwhelmed with questions from everyone who has signed up. And in turn, this means that our response times is slower than usual but we're working furiously to support everyone -- even if it means that we work overtime. As you probably saw, we replied to you around midnight our time, and our team started at 7 am. While we're doing our best, we understand that some customers like yourself may be disappointed in our response times. Honestly speaking, while we would like to continue offering support to everyone on our free plans (even if it's a little slower than usual), we may not be able to do this for much longer if our willingness to offer free plans to help through these tough times actually results in customers being disappointed. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
In response to your feedback:
1. The "to dos" on welcome page will automatically update if you turn on those email campaigns. They aren't boxes you check manually.
2. We don't have a "drag and drop" email editor today, but are working on one for the near future. We tried to make this clear in our app's description page.
3. We finally went through our queue of questions from everyone before you and replied to you around midnight our time after starting our day early in the morning. We're doing our best!
Managed to set it all up and seems to cater for much details. Hope it will be helpful in our company....

Just being able to email people that have abandoned a cart is enough to install this app but the fact that you can email them in a drip campaign set at different intervals and track the click-through rates make this app all the better. But that’s not all; there are so many other fantastic features that can help your store with traction that it’s worth every penny.
Really like how easy it is to use and appreciate all the options to customize!!!
