I'm loving this app, it's so easy to use and has lots of great features. The support you receive is great too - when I needed help customising one of the automations it was done really quickly.
I used this app to send a really nice personal thank you email to first-time customers. It was SO easy to set up!
Excellent app - intuitive to use, easy to setup. Good job. (Make sure you edit all the templates and write your own as they default ones are poorly written.)
Really great app, was paying a company to manage this before and this is a much better application and easy to use. I highly recommend using the html edits and enhancing the emails even further.

Great app.. Sends out emails on time and you can also custom tailor them to your store.
Highly recommended. I needed this app for sending out review requests retroactively and it turned out to be a perfect tool for that purpose. There was a minor issue regarding my quota and when I sent them a message, the CEO, Michael responded me personally in a short time despite holiday, he was extremely helpful and EVEN extended my quota until they work things out. How GENEROUS is that? So I'd definitely recommend this app, 5/5! :)
