Very easy to use, adds a very compelling feature to give our customers confidence to buy with just only a few click's installation. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to easily strengthen a store's trust. Bug-free, solid and fast.
The app functions great and the chat support is excellent. The settings let you control how much you spend each month. The app configuration options are well thought out. I would like a more definite way of knowing which interactions motivated sales, such as random A/B testing. While the app can accommodate third-party A/B testing, it doesn't include the feature. Overall a high-quality app.
