IMPORTANT : the Fomo price plan (https://fomo.com/pricing) is not in line with what you see on this page. I received several additional charges ($ 10 each time) because I exceeded the notification limit (??). Rather than blocking you and suggesting you to choose a different plan, they charge you... And that famous $10 fee isn't mentioned anywhere on the pricing page or the terms and conditions, so you don't understand why/when/how... A very bad surprise because the bill goes up very (very) quickly... This business model is not fair.

You signed up for our volume-based billing plan, which was stated in the signup terms. We have since removed this flex pricing plan.
All users who install after March 2021 only have access to plan tiers and not our flexible plan. Once you exceed the impressions included in your plan, Fomo will halt on your site and you will need to manually upgrade in order to continue showing Fomo notifications.

Installed for less than an hour but already in love. Saw this in use on another site, searched for it and immediately installed it.
Provides clean and effective social proof without the need to rely on users sharing via facebook, twitter, pinterest, etc. Great idea, quick and painless installation. Highly recommended!
PS - I tried a competitive product and was immediately disappointed. I'm back to stay.

the app has worked well for us so far, onboarding process could be a little quicker, however the team is looking to improve and thats always really good!

Customers have a feeling they are not alone on the site. This is a necessarily in small or medium e-commerce shop.
Of course if we will get a possibility to translate notifications to other languages I will be very happy.

I usually don't leave reviews however I find an issue with how they change billing and charge you base on impressions then their system misreads visitors and charges you for visitors who don't come to the store. I upgraded a few days ago and then yesterday I receive a notification stating am 90% at my limit of 29,000. I didn't have that many visitors at my store because I wasn't running any ads at the time. The first time questioned it was mention of a glitch in their system but it was too late because I have updated it. I want to k=not be charged the fact I have proof their system is still glitchy and their system doesn't accurately calculate the traffic. I use to love this app until they made updates that turn this app into crap. I give it three stars and I'm being nice base on history before being kicked out for a month without being able to get back in after reaching out and a glitchy system
Hey there! Thanks for sharing your honest feedback! We're sorry to see you go, but just wanted to clarify a couple of things. The monthly limit of our plans is based on total impressions, with each notification shown counting as an impression. So, even if you didn't have 25k unique visitors, the ones you did have were shown multiple notifications while on your site. We do offer a number of options to prevent exceeding this limit. As far as the glitch, it looks like you were offered a credit to accommodate that. We do appreciate you sharing your concerns, and will absolutely take them into consideration for future product updates. Take care!
many might think this app is a gimmick..but believe me it really makes visitors think they are on a live active site where orders are constantly coming through .. and so they don't want to miss out... love this app
Judge.me reviews do not work with Pro version, took a star off for this. Curious to see how conversions are really affected by this app, so trying pro version with conversion tracking. Will update my review after a week.
I have used Notify for a while now and I was very impressed with them. Then last two days came to my attention there are other apps out there offer similar functions with lower monthly payment. I tried them out and wasn't impressed with them. They were not user-friendly at all. Then I got a message from Ryan at Notify and he asked me for feedback. I expressed what I had seen from other apps and what I like to see on Notify for app development and improvement. Notify is actually working on these idea I bought up to Ryan. Right on! It means they listen to the needs and take actions upon for clients. I was very impressed. And I also asked him for help to make some adjustment on the notify apps at my shopify store. OMG, Ryan went extra mile and helped us all the way to make adjustment. This is a top-notch customer service right there!! I value custom service than just the money. And Notify has it! I highly recommend them to other store owners.

We installed this app on a whim after seeing it on another store and figured it was worth a try. WOW, were we ever surprised. By utilizing another piece of click/tap tracking software, we are able to see exactly where people click and scroll to on our website and tons of people click this Notify pop-up. We actually see mini trends forming daily on our website due to this app. It provides social proof for a certain product after someone buys it and triggers another sale which provides even more proof and so on and so on. We now see certain products selling repeatedly in streams that we never saw before. Love it. Good job!
