Nothing is working on that app, the importation of product don't work, no contact at all within the chat or email to fix any problem.
It is too risky doing business with them at that point. Too bad.
Our import process is that you first log in your account and then choose product import. For the specific operation process, you can consult the customer service center. Shipping is a bit all over the place with the different suppliers but still a great app.

Though post-order communication is good. There is always an issue with fulfilling orders. I have had more issues than I can count due to out of stock or supplier needing more time to produce an item that shows in stock on their website. Seems like their in stock information is not accurate. This has caused unnecessary cancellations and refund issues with my customers.
My order didn't come at all (it's now been over a month) . When I tried contacting helpdesk I got no reply. I doubt I will ever receive it to be honest , it feels like I've been scammed
This app helps me a lot with my business, it's very convenient and I don't need to do most of the work. Fondmart helps me with it. Plus my sales manager, Zona, is very friendly and easy to work with.
