Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

Easy to use and quick support. Helped us when we needed so, and were friendly.

De app werkt en er is keuze uit veel fonts. Het enige moeilijke is, als leek zijnde, het toepassen van deze fonts op je thema. Zeker als je 2 verschillende fonts wil voor heading/body texts. Daarnaast is mijn eerste ervaring zeer positief. Ook Jade, de medewerker die me heeft geholpen had direct door wat er moest aangepast worden en de communicatie verliep vlot. De hulp heeft me veel tijd bespaard.

The app makes it easy to add fonts to your website without knowing code. When I did hit a snag with uploading a new font, Susan from their team jumped on the chat immediately and uploaded the font for me. Other companies could learn a lot from their customer service.

With the help of Jade, the tech supervisor from Fontify, my custom fonts were uploaded and inserted into my online store. This app is very helpful if you do not want to have a web developer insert your custom fonts via liquid. I did have issues initially getting this app to work with my site and my uploaded fonts. My issue was solved in a reasonable time period. We're happy.

Andrew was very helpful and made using the app really easy for me. Everything was done really quick and also the app is so affordable.

Fairly straight forward...sometimes tricky to have apply exactly where you want. Solid support via chat if you run into issue.

It didn't work at first. It turned out some code prevented the app from working but David helped me out!

For a free app this one performs some very important functions. Do wish they had more self help features and easy to use tools to play around with instead of relying on support each time. That said, their chat support is very helpful when it comes to maximising the benefits of this tool. Knowing some basic programming is necessary to use this app to its fullest else there is always support.

We had a small issue with the app but Andy helped us very quickly to fix it. Very satisfied with the quick support. :)
