Jade was great from start to finish. I spent hours trying to work out why font would not load etc. Jade sorted for me in 10 mins... Awesome

Quality app, and friendly staff helped me when I couldn't fix something! I got the exact fonts I wanted where I wanted them and fast.

I wanted to use custom fonts on my website but my Shopify theme only accommodates Google fonts. This app allows you to upload custom fonts without having to code or pay someone to do it for you. I had a few issues and Jade helped me resolve them quickly. I would recommend it for someone who wants to use custom fonts on their site.

WOW!!! My girl Jade on the chat help literally SAVED THE DAY!! I can't thank her enough for taking the time to listen, understand and execute all the custom changes i needed on the site. Her expertise, knowledge and acumen was unmatched....not even the theme developers themselves could help me as much as Jade did. Had some issues understanding how to actually use the app. Though I was reading somewhere that I cannot manage the fonts in the theme, I couldn't understand exactly what to do in the app. My mistake: I ticked all the boxes for 3 different fonts. I'm not a developer and not enough patience to research too much so I contacted the support.

Andy helped understand what I was doing wrong. Had the patience to actually explain me how to use the app correctly, did some tests with me, responded very quickly and everything happened in the support chat in a few minutes. And also explained to me how to use the custom element (which was the exact thing that I needed to customize parts of my website). Patience, clarity, easy explanation, easy communication. Thank you!

Jade was super helpful and prompt, was able to guide me through easily and help me out in the installation of a certain section I needed to apply my font to. She was super lovely to deal with and the issue was fixed within a few seconds!

The team at Fontify are fantastic. Really helpful and really responsive. A big shout out to Jade who solved an issue for me when I couldn't fix it myself. Big fan!
