Getting set up for online orders

Foodee sets you and your store up to start managing online food orders for pickup or delivery.

Foodee's onboarding will help make sure your store is configured properly – based on your delivery methods (in store pickup or local delivery) – mitigating the risk that a customer places an order that you can't deliver.

Manage your orders

Foodee's dashboard highlights incoming orders and presents a clear list of current orders (including their items) for you and your staff to work through. This helps to ensure that you're on top of what needs doing!

Open and close your store

Foodee also allows you to OPEN and CLOSE your store through a click of a button.

When you're finishing up for the evening, simply hit the "Close store" button in Foodee and we'll take care of the rest, making sure customers know that your store is closed, and preventing them from accidentally placing orders when you're unavailable.

The team at Eden is great! Very quick to respond and easy to work with. About the app...

This app addresses a key operational/process issue for restaurants that Shopify currently doesn't. Processing a typical Retail Ecommerce order is not the same as processing a restaurant order. The fulfillment methods are different and the fulfillment time is obviously much shorter.

This app creates the type of visual dashboard you would see in a Dunkin Donuts, for example. It clearly shows the itemized order and gives you one button to acknowledge or start the order. Once the order is complete, you mark it as done and that triggers Shopify to mark the order as fulfilled.

The app also has other features such as the ability to block orders from coming in off-hours.

I thought this app will allow me to add unit Price Measurement to my products, but it does not. thank you anyway

Hi there, that would be outside the scope of the app. Foodee is an order dashboard for restaurants; a tool to help fast paced restaurants quickly manage incoming orders.

Is there something in particular that made you think this app would let you add unit price measurement? If so, we would love to hear from you so we can avoid this confusion in the future.
