Customer service is great, couple issues we've had were solved quickly
This is a great app if you wish to have great looking invoices and even better service for a fair price.
I recently started using the Shopify invoice generator, and I must say it's been a game-changer for my online business. As a beginner, I was worried about creating professional invoices and ensuring tax compliance for my B2B and wholesale operations.
1 of the best invoice apps we've used so far. Customer service is reliable and helpful. They adapt fast to the user's needs. Great app overall with a lot of features to discover.
You can not send an invoice email in the free version… might want to remove that from the free version features listing

- Manual Invoice Sending: On our Free plan, you have the ability to manually send invoices. This can be done by going to the "Orders" tab in our app, selecting the order you wish to invoice, and clicking the "Send thank you" button. This action will send the invoice directly to your customer.
- Automated Invoice Sending: It appears there might have been some misunderstanding about our automatic invoicing capabilities. This feature is indeed available, but it's part of our Starter or higher plans. These plans are tailored to support the needs of growing businesses by automating routine operations.
We aim for transparency and strive to communicate the functionality of our app. Our team has revised the content to ensure clarity and prevent any confusion regarding our app features.
