We have been using Fordeer for 2 years now, the customer service is amazing! The team have always responded promptly, they have made customisations to our forms to suit our business, and when there have been problems arise, they help asap and resolve any issues as fast as they can. Highly recommend!
great app great service
Ive tried many apps and stayed with this app. First of all I really appreciate that it is free when you have 300 orders/month and 300 draft orders/month ,this really helps you out when you are just starting your business. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue that I could not figure out and they sent me screenshots of how I could fix it. Thanks!

At first, the FAQs section can definitely address basic issues. However, we need deeper help from Customer Service when experiencing some minor issues with the app. The support staff is being incredibly quick and helpful. So far we are very happy with the app.

The app has functions that serve our business well when it comes to invoice generator apps. This app saves time and handles a lot of the work. Good app and customer service but still new to users. We hope the app can reach more users in the future.
