Vertalingen werken niet, BTW nummer word niet weergegeven en de helpdesk gebruikt een vertaler zodat de sessie onduidelijk is en er geen oplossing komt. Ik heb een programmeur moeten inhuren om de vertalingen te wijzigen en de BTW op de factuur zichtbaar te krijgen.
Duur en slechte kwaliteit.

1. Translations issue in the app:

We understand that you encounteredd problems with our Dutch translations. While we have recently conducted thorough testing of our translation system, we clearly missed some critical issues. Could you please help us identify the sections or fields that were incorrectly translated? This would enable us to fix these problems promptly.

2. VAT Number not displaying on invoices:

As we mentioned before, our app supports displaying the customer's VAT number on invoices when the number is collected through our app. However, since you used a different app to collect and validate VAT numbers, our team tried to guide you on how to set it up with the features available in our app. Unfortunately, it seems that this guidance was not accepted, and you opted to hire a programmer instead. While we respect your decision, we regret not having the chance to resolve this for you ourselves. To improve, we’ve asked our development team to include clearer notes in our documentation regarding customization and compatibility with third-party apps.

3. Communication issue:

We use a translation tool from Crisp chat to communicate with non-English-speaking customers. If this caused any confusion, I sincerely apologize. You can always request to communicate in English directly with our support agents. Moving forward, we are working to hire multilingual support staff to better assist international customers like you.

You can not send an invoice email in the free version… might want to remove that from the free version features listing

- Manual Invoice Sending: On our Free plan, you have the ability to manually send invoices. This can be done by going to the "Orders" tab in our app, selecting the order you wish to invoice, and clicking the "Send thank you" button. This action will send the invoice directly to your customer.

- Automated Invoice Sending: It appears there might have been some misunderstanding about our automatic invoicing capabilities. This feature is indeed available, but it's part of our Starter or higher plans. These plans are tailored to support the needs of growing businesses by automating routine operations.

We aim for transparency and strive to communicate the functionality of our app. Our team has revised the content to ensure clarity and prevent any confusion regarding our app features.

Only shows that you can automate e-mails in the end. So you spent several hours setting all the templates and then you have to upgrade to sent automated invoices...

- We clearly list all paid features, including Automation Email under the Professional plan, on our Pricing page in the Shopify App Store.

- Additionally, within our app, we have an Accounts section under Settings that distinctly indicates which features are free and which are included in the Professional or Premium plans.

We aim for complete transparency and do not intend to compel users to upgrade their plans. Thus, regarding the review you left on the Shopify App Store, it seems not to be true and correct for our application and our service.
