I'm impressed with this app! The templates are both simple and effective. The automated invoicing feature ensures that my customers receive VAT invoices once their orders are fulfilled. The customer service is truly exceptional. When I had questions about designing my emails and navigating the settings, Phoebe, a supporter, provided invaluable assistance with incredibly fast response times.

I just started using Fordeer and I'm loving it so far..
I can customize my invoices with my logo and info, and sending them to my customers makes my store look professional. It's been a game-changer for me in such a short time. Also, their customer support responds to every query I get.
Thus far, everything is functioning smoothly. While setting up the automated emails, I encountered an issue, but Phoebe from the support team was kind and promptly assisted in resolving it. Hope to see more advanced features in future updates. Thanks!
