Their support team has been exceptional, unlike any other app I have ever tried! The team has been incredibly helpful in helping us make changes to the templates to fit our needs. This app has helped us automate the creation of invoices and order confirmations, saving our team a lot of time. I couldn't recommend them enough!
At first, the FAQs section can definitely address basic issues. However, we need deeper help from Customer Service when experiencing some minor issues with the app. The support staff is being incredibly quick and helpful. So far we are very happy with the app.
