I've been using the paid plan, and unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The app frequently glitches when trying to download, print, or draft invoices. Loading times are consistently slow, regardless of the browser I use and crashes a lot.
Another major issue is that invoice amounts are displayed in whole dollars only, without cents, which leads to confusion and lacks accuracy for financial records.
For a paid professional plan, I expected better performance and reliability. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as they significantly impact usability.

Regarding the app loading issue you mentioned: We acknowledge that this problem occurred a few weeks ago. Our development team has since thoroughly reviewed and optimized our server infrastructure and capacity. We are confident that this loading issue has now been resolved. We kindly ask you to please access your Shopify orders or our app again to print/download invoices and verify the improvement.
Concerning the currency display issue: This can typically be resolved by adjusting a setting within our app. Please navigate to Settings > Invoice settings > Currency, set the Precision to '2', and then click 'Save'. This should ensure your currency displays correctly.

We recently installed this app to solve issues with Invoices for our wholesale customers. The app works very well and offers a large range of automation and customization features. The customer support is very responsive and willing to help get you setup correctly. We required a custom template for our invoices and the team were more than willing to help us with a quick turnaround.
I highly recommend this app for any B2B invoice requirements.
Best support you can find for the price in my opinion.
They have custom tailored options which would further enable scalability.
