I've only been using the app for less than a week and have yet to deploy anything that has been tested, but so far so good. The interface is intuitive and the formatting previews are dynamic, responsive and applicable to existing orders, making it easy to test over a wide-range of real-life use cases. The support staff have been responsive and helpful, following up with specific and targeted questions, suggestions and solutions, which indicates they have strong knowledge of their product and clear and direct communication with their development team.
The App is great. The price is so good for all the customization it has. If you need help (I met Clove - which really helped me), they are super available and helpful.
Clove is awesome. She helped me resolve an issue promptly, now I can use the app :)
Had a small problem, contacted Support and Phoebe had resolved the problem within a day! Great app, very functional and does exactly what you need. We use it for tax invoice report.
