Excellent migration support and app performance!
Switching inventory management tools is always stressful, but the Monocle team made our migration off Stocky incredibly smooth. Their customer support is top-notch—responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in getting things right. The app itself works beautifully. Highly praise this team for their hard work!

When Stocky was discontinued by Shopify, we went into overdrive looking for a replacement. That’s when we discovered Monocle. After completing the trial, we quickly realized that not only was Monocle going to meet our needs, but it was going to take our inventory forecasting to an entirely new level.

Bruk and his team worked with us to quickly transition everything over, and as Monocle has evolved, Bruk has been right there with us every step of the way. We’ve even had the opportunity to make suggestions, and to our amazement, not long after, those suggestions became features that we could simply toggle on or off in the app settings.

Now, with the integration of AI, we’re really "cooking with gasoline", as they say! We’re incredibly impressed by the tools and capabilities we didn’t even know we needed, but now couldn’t imagine running our business without.

We've absolutely loved using Monocle. What stands out most is how responsive the team is. They genuinely listen to customer feedback and actually implement it, which is incredibly refreshing.
The inventory projections have been extremely accurate for our business and have made planning so much easier. On the rare occasion we run into a bug, it's fixed quickly, and their support team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Monocle has become an essential part of our operations. I honestly can't imagine managing inventory without it. If you're looking for inventory forecasting software that continues to improve and is backed by an amazing team, I can't recommend Monocle enough.

I have enjoyed using the app immensely! Forecasting for small to medium is often complicated, inaccurate, and costly-this has been a great solution for us. Their support has been amazing in teaching me how to best utilize the app and tailor it to fit the needs of our business. If an issue arises I have found them to be very responsive in acknowledging the problem, communicating updates, and finding a timely solution. The app was not initially intuitive in it's use but Amir and Bruk have been more than helpful in teaching me how to use it. I would highly recommend this app.

Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.

Have been getting charged $89 per month for almost two years now and they are not responding to my support emails from Shopify to allow a refund considering I don't even have a login to the app. If I take the app off, I've lost all the money as I can't contact support anymore :(
