Not only has the Monocle app been easy to use, and their forecasting/planning been accurate based on our own manual analysis, but their team has been extremely helpful and agile in adapting the app to suit what we needed.
We started using this app to get a better handle on inventory, and honestly it’s been way more helpful than we expected. The forecasts actually make sense, and we’ve been able to avoid both over-ordering and running out of key products.
It’s also been great for spotting trends early and adjusting before things become an issue. Automating POs alone has saved us a ton of time each week, and it’s nice not having to second-guess stocking decisions as much.
Overall, it just makes running the business feel a little less chaotic. If inventory planning has been a pain point for you, this is definitely worth trying.
We had a wonderful experience with Monocle. It really facilitated placing orders and helping us get an understanding of our inventory levels at all times. Amir was always available to answer any questions we had. I couldn't recommend this more.
