Hulk Form Builder is an awesome app for anyone that is looking to add a form to their Shopify website. It is very easy to use and offers a range of customisation options so you can tailor your forms to your store's design. The support team are also very helpful and respond very quickly. I would highly recommend this app. 10/10.

The form builder was very user-friendly and easy to implement into my Shopify site. I also received the help I needed when I had a question about integrating the form into a specific site within my app. Khushbu was very knowleg!able and helped me with my issue the very first time around.

I've been using the Hulk form builder app for some time now and I'm really happy with it. It's easy to use and customize, and it has a lot of features that I need. I can create different types of forms. Also, their customer support is top-notch, They solve our issue ASAP.
