Asked for a form to be set up, and after a few days of chatting, no forms we set up. Not an easy app to use for complex forms.

After spending almost 2 days to prepare the forms we needed, we saw that the way the forms look on page are so tiny that the customer needs to scroll tens of times to get to the bottom of the form.
We also submitted some forms in order to see if we receive them but none has been shown to be filled or none of them were also sent to our e-mail that we provided in the form setup page.
Total scam. Waste of our precious time. Don't use their products.
We apologize for causing frustration. It would be better if you let us handle the form on our behalf. Our team of experts will gladly take care of your needs if you choose to use our app again.

Works beautifully! I needed to add a lot of custom fields to the form. I have tested it a few times and edited it over and over, which was really easy.
Just a little slow to load, but I have some text on the page also which loads first, so it is fine!

I was a little skeptical when downloading this app because it didn't have many reviews. However, frankly, I hated all of the other free form apps on the Shopify app store because they're all very restricted AND say "powered by ___" or "free website tools" or something else that would make my online store look tacky/cheap. This app is surprisingly VERY sophisticated with its level of customization, ease of use, and tutorials that they offer. My form looks gorgeous. I highly recommend this app to other Shopify users.
