Helped me with my billing problem quickly and completely

I wanted something a little different for my form. I wanted the form to be in a Collapsible Row on a product page template. Support from Hulk was able to make that happen quickly and at no additional charge. We've just started using the form feature, but so far it's great.

Incredible service. I opened this app for the first time and was able to get to a point where i needed some help. I was so happy that when i reached out for help on chat and was directed to a live person "cristian" who not only answered every question, but also assisted me to get my form working. I would HIGHLY recommend this app. Cristian deserves a raise for sure.

The app has been great for building out forms and integrating seamlessly with Shopify. The customer service is extremely helpful as well and provides step-by-step guidance where needed.

Easy to build forms into your shop. I had some coding issues with a link I included; I contacted customer service, they were quick and very helpful to fix the issue.

That it works as it should and its very friendly. Help is right there for you and they are quick to pick up and take ownership to the end. Couldn't have done it without their help and guidance when it turned out the issue was between Keyboard and chair.

Very comprehensive form builder with sufficient customization options. I tried a number of form apps and this was the one that actually worked with my Horizion theme site. There was a small glitch with a form in Safari and their support team fixed the issue right away. Highly recommend this app!
