We've had a great experience for a while with Hulk Forms but recently we keep having days where submissions aren't sent to our email so that we aren't aware that our customers are communicating with us. We've let Hulk Forms know about this issue in the past and they've told us they're working on the issue. However too much time has elapsed on our end to really justify the risk of missing submissions to stick with them since the issue persists.

I have been using this app for a while, but I can't say I am happy. They keep having a problem sending the information submitted by my customers via the forms to my email account, so if your forms are used for time critical or important business requests, i would think twice about using this solution. Their developer is never really around, probably in bed. I am looking for a more reliable solution. Annoyed, frustrated, yes all of the above.

I found this app very easy to use and was able to easily customize it to tie into my website. When I needed help, the support team was prompt and fantastic.

Hulk Form Builder has made it simple for me to get information from my customers, with notification and their entries sent right to my email. The form was easy to for me to give a professional appearance and provided many options for customization (one of my fields is to select one of 50 states from a drop-down menu).
