Many of the filled in forms do not show up correctly when emailed. I've noticed many fields are missing or not filled in even if they are set as required. I use Hulk Form Builder on all my websites, but it isn't reliable anymore.

Shopify was doing some updates to their Thank You page and Hulk Apps needed to do some work on their end to make sure the update was seamless. I reached out and they immediately helped and got the coding up to speed. Great service and great communication.

Seriously so helpful. Sometimes these apps get frustratingly difficult to navigate but the team steps in to make it super easy. If you’re looking to create a form for your Shopify, I would recommend making it a pop up on the home page. If you want a link that you can share on other platforms, best way to do it is create a page on your Shopify store that the form is on, then you can copy that URL ...

I have had a great experience with Hulkapps using their form builder and I have never had any issues. I submitted a ticket that was purely due to my ignorance and they were very prompt and polite with their response and successfully brought clarity to the situation.
