If there were more stars we would give Hulk company all of them. This is an exceptional company that has one of the best customer service programs on the Shopify App Store. They are quick to respond; very helpful and are always there. We are not app savvy but their app is so easy to use ... user friendly ... anyone regardless of your level of expertise won't have any problems. But if you need help, they have developed one of the best resource libraries in the Shopify store.

I've been using this app for around a month now, and it has been wonderful. I had originally attempted to make my own forms, but that inevitably resulted in very 'buggy' pages. When I installed this app, it allowed me to create clean, organized forms within minutes, and each page has operated wonderfully without any issue since then. It's definitely a worthwhile app to have!
