Quick response and timely solution

Today, I wanted to search for a form that can be used in Shopify for customers to fill in, I searched a few times and found that there are three versions of “Hulk Form Builder”, due to the limited amount of money provided by my boss, I chose to use the free version, I found that it meets my needs, but due to my limited experience, I couldn't use it properly, then Vatsal came to me like an angel, he showed me how to do it step by step like he was teaching a child. Very good app! They helped build a custom feature to prepopulate one element of the form based on the page the form is opened on. It works perfectly, I'm grateful for the support!
I do wish there was an option to remove the "Powered by HulkApps" from forms on the free plan, as we did not require the pro features, but had to upgrade simply for that.

Easy to navigate for basic form building (can include drop-downs and alter order of fields). They were very quick to respond to my questions. Overall 5/5.

I would recommend. The app isn't necessarily the easiest to use, but the customer service is GREAT, and they will walk you through the process.

hi the app was very good comparing to free features as i didnt want a paid app. there is a girl that helped me in support chat which is called Segmedina . she helped me through out everything in a very professional way with screeenshots and links for each activity . i want to thank her a lot
