Hulk Form Builder

I've had some trouble getting the form moved around on the Shopify page. I started it on the bottom, but then wanted to move it to the top of the page this change is not executing no matter how many times I refresh or update the settings.

And actually what I REALLY wanted to do is put the form in the middle of the Shopify page, but that function is not available.

First time use of the app here. Needed some guidance on how to include the app onto our website and the team responded swiftly with clear instructions. Thank you!

i didn't find it so easy to navigate but there is good tech support via live chat which helped me solve my issue

Very good app! They helped build a custom feature to prepopulate one element of the form based on the page the form is opened on. It works perfectly, I'm grateful for the support!
I do wish there was an option to remove the "Powered by HulkApps" from forms on the free plan, as we did not require the pro features, but had to upgrade simply for that.

It seems to do everything we need in terms of website form submissions. I did just find all their other apps Im excited to try out as well! Shoutout to Deepa for helping me through a problem I was encountering as well!

This is a great form builder. I like the dependencies and features that they offer. This form embeds well on our website and doesn't cause any issues with google/SEO. That being said, there is one thing that I would really like to be made possible, hopefully ASAP. The email notifications for the form submissions come in a HUGE chain that seems to reset maybe twice a day (if that). Since we use Hulk for our contact form, there's anywhere from 3 to 40 forms in a single email chain. All different customers with different needs. This makes it very difficult to organize, forward and respond to inquiries - and VERY easy to miss contact forms.

We do use one other form service for our website, Monday.com. Many of our forms are hosted on Monday.com, but there are issues with Monday.com forms messing with google/SEO so we use Hulk for any forms that NEED to be embedded on our website.

Customer service is helpful. Had a question, and received a response right away. Overall useful app.

Using the app to register participants for a course. Great online support from Deepa to help me do what I needed.

The app is very useful, and I found customer support to be very polite, knowledgeable with quick turnaround. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of backend functionality, I was not able to make some pretty integral edits and it had to be done by the customer care team.

So far, so good. My only quibble is that the conditional logic is limited. For example, I'd like to be able to check a number field for greater than or less than conditions. I'd did a workaround, so no problem. Other than that, the app is excellent.
