Hulk Apps was super fast and helpful. I had a problem with sending emails out and they knew the answer. Everything is working great now, thanks Hulk Apps.

We've had a great experience for a while with Hulk Forms but recently we keep having days where submissions aren't sent to our email so that we aren't aware that our customers are communicating with us. We've let Hulk Forms know about this issue in the past and they've told us they're working on the issue. However too much time has elapsed on our end to really justify the risk of missing submissions to stick with them since the issue persists.

Hands-on and always ready to give support to me when I need it, regardless of the time of day. They are fast and responsive. Love this developer!

Forms have stopped working, company are aware of the issue but haven't thought to inform Shopify stores, I can understand the issue happening, but not to let your customers know is such a poor service. We've had several complaints about not getting back to customers.

Hulk Form Builder has made it simple for me to get information from my customers, with notification and their entries sent right to my email. The form was easy to for me to give a professional appearance and provided many options for customization (one of my fields is to select one of 50 states from a drop-down menu). The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.
