Hulk Form Builder is an awesome app for anyone that is looking to add a form to their Shopify website. It is very easy to use and offers a range of customisation options so you can tailor your forms to your store's design. The support team are also very helpful and respond very quickly. I would highly recommend this app. 10/10.

If there were more stars we would give Hulk company all of them. This is an exceptional company that has one of the best customer service programs on the Shopify App Store. They are quick to respond; very helpful and are always there. We are not app savvy but their app is so easy to use ... user friendly ... anyone regardless of your level of expertise won't have any problems. But if you need help, they have developed one of the best resource libraries in the Shopify store.
We are so pleased to have found Hulk and know you will also feel the same way.

I've been using this app for around a month now, and it has been wonderful. I had originally attempted to make my own forms, but that inevitably resulted in very 'buggy' pages. When I installed this app, it allowed me to create clean, organized forms within minutes, and each page has operated wonderfully without any issue since then. It's definitely a worthwhile app to have!

I really like this app, it's easy to put together and as soon as a customer fills out the form it emails it to my work email so I can action the lead. Highly recommend :)

Hulk Form Builder is the best form-building app I've been able to find after trying several others. Its straight to the point, not like other. It gives you many fields you would typically need to create a form, Its easy to customize and work with.
