Have been using this app for years, along with other apps by the developer. Love all of them. Recently ran into an issue where my forms weren't loading on my website. Reached out via chat, and within minutes I had a response and a collaborator request. They did their thing and fixed whatever the issue was - all within 10 minutes of opening a chat. I am not good at technology at all! Juan has been absolutely amazing helping me through the process of making the form I created mandatory in my collection of data. He's been patient and understanding. He created a video to help me with future forms and is willing to help me if I'm struggling again (which knowing my tech I will definitely be reaching out). Hulk products and customer support is top notch! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Quick response and timely solution

Today, I wanted to search for a form that can be used in Shopify for customers to fill in, I searched a few times and found that there are three versions of “Hulk Form Builder”, due to the limited amount of money provided by my boss, I chose to use the free version, I found that it meets my needs, but due to my limited experience, I couldn't use it properly, then Vatsal came to me like an angel, he showed me how to do it step by step like he was teaching a child.
