1 star is more than enough for this app. It doesn't work. Their email feautre has been down for several days and if you reach out to their support their answer is "We dont know when its back" Highly unreliable. We are trying to switch all of our forms to a different tool. Don't waste your time with this app!

Very poor service and support from the staff. Hulk form builder has been down for 2 weeks now and all i can get from their support team is we are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. This is not good enough as i am losing on business quotes and enquiries and they cannot offer me any further assistance. Very disappointing.

Incredible support and a truly helpful app!

I’m so grateful for the Hulk Form Builder team—especially Deepa, who went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue on my Shopify site. I had accidentally broken my barter form page, and Deepa not only fixed it quickly but also updated the redirect button on my product pages to point to the correct working form. L'application est bien. Elle semble vouloir donner beaucoup de possibilités et permettre une grande diversité de formulaires. Le chat en direct est top. Le personnel répond vite et cherche sincèrement à vous aider. Il est même force de propositions. Sur la réactivité de l'appli, il doit être possible de l'améliorer, quelques instabilités mineures constatées.

A Trash app. Not only does is not work half the time. They do not send you updates to let you know that their EMAIL SERVICE is not working and has not been for weeks!!! So all those leads that were not coming in where 100% on this app not being functional!! A complete joke. Then when you reach out, they try to give you a copy and paste reason as to why the app is not working. Which means they have been sending this response to EVERYONE!!! Can't wait to not be refunded for the money we spent on an app that DOES NOT WORK!!!!

All I can do is reiterate what everyone else is saying: no app is perfect, and it will fail occasionally. The absolute minimum you could do is NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS.

If you don’t tell us, we won’t know it’s not working. It’ll just look like a slow day in the office—we have no way of knowing that customers are submitting enquiries. Hulk’s incompetence has cost us thousands in lost sales. Pathetic, useless company.

Great app, free option, easy to use!

Deepa answered my question and resolved my issue quickly. This is the only Shopify app that I have tried that worked seamlessly.
