Shopify was doing some updates to their Thank You page and Hulk Apps needed to do some work on their end to make sure the update was seamless. I reached out and they immediately helped and got the coding up to speed. Great service and great communication.

The form was easy to for me to give a professional appearance and provided many options for customization (one of my fields is to select one of 50 states from a drop-down menu).
