The support provided is useless, and even times triples the time lost.
All limitations, which make the app unusable, are kept hidden. You can not create multi-language forms, there are no api to retrieve data sent through the forms, do not make available webhook (server-side), you have to open a ticket to enable the privacy policy field type, other ticket for javascript postsubmit, other tickets to enable translation. Avoid.

I only use a free version. It already has all the features I need for my small store. Customer service is superb. I received immediate help via chat and they resolved my issue with integration immediately. I highly recommend!

I have been using this app for a while, but I can't say I am happy. They keep having a problem sending the information submitted by my customers via the forms to my email account, so if your forms are used for time critical or important business requests, i would think twice about using this solution. Their developer is never really around, probably in bed. I am looking for a more reliable solution. Annoyed, frustrated, yes all of the above.
