So far very good, i was able to build a form with several file upload elements to meet my needs at this starting point with an Shopify store.

This app is amazing for all types of forms. I used it on my website for sign up ups, interest forms, and surveys. Literally 3 pages of forms and I have no issues at all, just great results and easy to use forms. On top of that, they are easy to design so that they can match the website layout.
