Form creation is easy. Support is quick and courteous.
I deducted one star because there are occasional reception issues, but overall I am satisfied.
L'application est bien. Elle semble vouloir donner beaucoup de possibilités et permettre une grande diversité de formulaires. Le chat en direct est top. Le personnel répond vite et cherche sincèrement à vous aider. Il est même force de propositions. Sur la réactivité de l'appli, il doit être possible de l'améliorer, quelques instabilités mineures constatées.

The free version of this app works well. However asking for customized changes was a bit complicated because of unclear communication. Eventually everything worked out but there was frustration at the start.
I learned I need to upgrade to the Pro Version to achieve what I want, but it was presented nicely and I'm now confident I will enjoy the upgrade. SAn they offered to help me implement which is huge. Thanks!
Hulk Apps has been a reliable and efficient tool for our website.
I've also been impressed with their quick response time to my questions, which has saved me a lot of time.
Just installed and set up first form for a survey. A little confusing as to how to set up elements and size requirements for the header image. Help center was perfect and rapid response.
I would recommend. The app isn't necessarily the easiest to use, but the customer service is GREAT, and they will walk you through the process.
