It's worth the purchase. Hulk Form Builder does exactly what I need it to and more. As our business is heavy consulting, we rely on data collection and these forms are ideal. The cost is competitive, forms are easy to customize and aesthetically they look very professional. My best experience has been working with their support; It's like I can contact them at any time in the morning or night and someone is available to resolve any issues or help and very quick to provide the right solution the first time. I highly recommend!
That it works as it should and its very friendly. Help is right there for you and they are quick to pick up and take ownership to the end. Couldn't have done it without their help and guidance when it turned out the issue was between Keyboard and chair.
I contacted customer service for help with some form settings that didn't seem to be working. They ended up finding that the issue was actually a critical breakdown with our organization's domain that we weren't aware of and that caused us not to get email for a few days. Super thankful for the assist that would have been a disaster had it not gone detected sooner.

I wanted something a little different for my form. I wanted the form to be in a Collapsible Row on a product page template. Support from Hulk was able to make that happen quickly and at no additional charge. We've just started using the form feature, but so far it's great.
Simple and intuitive to use, we got up and running very quickly. Great form builder!
So far so good! Had an issue with theme and page integration, Cristian gave me and my business TOP TIER support, solved a problem that was specific to my theme, and all is working as it should now.
I download very few apps to keep my business lean and mean, HULK will be staying on my site for the long haul!
Incredible service. I opened this app for the first time and was able to get to a point where i needed some help. I was so happy that when i reached out for help on chat and was directed to a live person "cristian" who not only answered every question, but also assisted me to get my form working. I would HIGHLY recommend this app. Cristian deserves a raise for sure.
