For the moment this application seems to work very well. You can configure the form in many different ways and customize it. Also the customer service is very good and very fast. I recommend it.

I needed a form where people can upload files and this is perfect. It was easy to create and design the form how I needed it to be and implement onto my shop. Muaza from support on live chat was amazing and helped me when my form appeared on two pages and I couldn't work out how and why. Muaza fixed the problem there and then and explained what had happened - when you add your form as a block it will add to each page that uses that template. However, if you insert the short code in to the html it'll show on that page only.

Great app with a lot of possibilities and easy to use. The customer support is very friendly and quick. The developers quickly made the changes I specificly requested and it all just works perfectly.
