It works very good and it is quite intuitive. Just be aware if you want to send mails with filled form to customers you have to have pay plan. Support works perfectly.

The support team are very helpful, the setup of the forms is pretty simple. and you can integrate it easily within your website and to your style. they offer multiple plans free and paid.

Hulk Form Builder is easy to use. The form can be embedded into Shopify Pages. There is a wide variety of form elements so you can customize your content according to the needs. What's more, the support team is very attentive. They response very fast to your enquiries and provide assistance. They are willing to go extra miles to help you to tackle the issues. Thanks to Manoj and the team. One thing is that the Form Schedule in the Pro Plan is now by date only. They will roll out by time restriction next month. Looking forward to have it very soon.

I just updated our forms after using them a for a few years. Very nice calendar and time data elements, that I don't remember from the original usage. We've used our Hulk forms to collect reservation requests from thousands of people. I particularly like the ability to easily export the results in Excel format and the flexibility of sending emails to multiple email addresses.

Great features and customization with the free version. Been using this app for quite a while with no issues.

I needed a form where people can upload files and this is perfect. It was easy to create and design the form how I needed it to be and implement onto my shop. Muaza from support on live chat was amazing and helped me when my form appeared on two pages and I couldn't work out how and why. Muaza fixed the problem there and then and explained what had happened - when you add your form as a block it will add to each page that uses that template. However, if you insert the short code in to the html it'll show on that page only.

I'm probably not using the full potential of the app, but I must say the customer service is amazing; I had a live chat for almost 2 hours until we solved the issue.
