The app is great! It does what it is supposed to do without being buggy at all. I've used it for a while now. Customer service has always been exceptional. They are super nice and very accommodating with requests. Highly recommend!

Great app, does exactly what it says, easy to install. The pdf file wasn't uploading (due to my mistake) but Ken was fast to reply and fix the issue. Quick, professional and super friendly customer support. Recommend!

I contacted customer service for help with some form settings that didn't seem to be working. They ended up finding that the issue was actually a critical breakdown with our organization's domain that we weren't aware of and that caused us not to get email for a few days. Super thankful for the assist that would have been a disaster had it not gone detected sooner.

The form app is good for a free tier version, one thing to improve is when the page loads, the form loads in delay which cause in layout shift.
This app is super user friendly and when I had a question Cristian was able to help me fast through the chat window. We have had a great experience!

We use Hulk forms across multiple pages on our site. We recently found a glitch in them that altered the submit button. Vishal took care of it immediately and with great customer service. We really appreciate it!
