We used this app to allow multiple forms that send responses to different people. It's easy to set up and simple to add to the site. The support is also great, as they helped me fix an issue that was clearly something I should have found on my own.

Emira provided excellent support in helping to problem solve the usage of the Hulk App on my website. She was polite, tenacious, knowledgeable, efficient and effective - and an asset for Hulk App.

There is only App for Forms .... it is Hulk.

I use this app to take customer parts and credit requests. I enjoy how simple it is to build the forms and download the data. I would like more clear API instructions. Support is very helpful and they respond quickly.

Yes, they came online in the chat room very quickly. They asked the right questions, and Deepa understood my problem with the form's URL and was able to help me save precious minutes.
